Internal Audit Specialist
At our organisation, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Internal Audit function, you will play a crucial role in promoting effective internal controls and risk management across the business.
Job Description
* Assist in the delivery of the annual audit schedule, working closely with the Head of Internal Audit to ensure timely completion.
* Analyse financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to management.
* Develop detailed working papers and reports, obtaining management responses prior to finalisation.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for enhancement or modification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
* A recognised Accounting Body qualification (e.g. ACCA or CIMA).
* A minimum of 2 years PQE experience in internal auditing or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently while being a good team player.
