Automated Endotoxin Testing Specialist
CRL Microbial Solutions is seeking a skilled Automated Endotoxin Testing Specialist to provide technical support for our flagship instrument—the Nexus automated endotoxin testing system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site and remote support for the Nexus system, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Perform instrument calibration and validation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize customer downtime.
* Support customer onboarding, including training, validation, and application support.
* Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Life Sciences.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in a technical, laboratory, or field service role.
* Strong software engineering skillset.
* Proven ability to problem-solve complex technical issues under pressure.
* Experience in validation and working in GMP environments is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulated environments.
