Salary: From €30,288.48 Yearly to €42,033.79 Yearly
Responsibilities include: Supporting and empowering individuals to develop or improve independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans, including assistance with domestic, social skills, and personal care.Working closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.Collaborating with other Support Workers and Team Leaders to promote a safe environment and resolving conflicts using appropriate techniques and language.Ensuring medication is stored and administered according to Praxis Care's Medication Policy where necessary.Familiarizing with administrative requirements and recording relevant information according to reporting guidelines.Being aware of all policies and participating in training related to Health & Safety.Requirements of the Role: Participate in appraisal and staff review processes.Adhere to and model company values, behaviours, and policies.Carry out all duties in accordance with Praxis expectations and regulations.Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required.Work hours as needed to meet service needs, including sleep-ins with an additional payment of €101.60 per night.Criteria: Numeracy and literacy skills.Experience in health and social care.Full valid driving license and access to own vehicle (disability considerations should be specified).Problem-solving and organizational skills.Attributes: Team player.Understanding of diversity.Flexible availability.Reserve ListsWe use reserve lists for multiple suitable candidates, valid for 12 months, offering similar posts if they become available.
