Six-month probationary period.
€28,000.00 pa
Hours 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday and is an office-based role.
The Role
Reporting to the Company Secretary.
As the first point of contact for the organisation, your primary responsibilities and duties will be;
* Front Desk management, greeting Visitors and providing customer service.
* Screening & dealing with phone calls.
* Performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations across all Departments.
* Data entry, filing, locating files and dealing with queries pertaining to same.
* Respond to emails.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Taking credit card payments.
* Other adhoc administrative duties as required.
* Taking part in any other projects as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience.
* Reliable.
* Self-Starter.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with multitasking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Flexible attitude.
* Professional manner and approach.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
* Team Player.
