HR Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a key member of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR support, focusing on end-to-end Employee Relations processes, compliance training, and supporting operational teams.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and own end-to-end Employee Relations investigations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Manage and maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout ER cases.
* Provide expert advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment law.


Employee Engagement & Communication:

* Take ownership of the Information & Consultation process, ensuring compliance and effective communication.


Training & Development:

* Deliver training sessions on compliance topics and emerging HR trends.
* Support managers in building capability for handling ER issues confidently.


HR Systems & Process Improvement:

* Assist in implementing and optimising the new HRIS system to streamline ER case management and letter generation.
* Ensure systematic and efficient HR administration processes.


Cross-Site Support:

* Provide high-level HR support to other sites when required, including occasional travel for critical issues.


Stakeholder Engagement:

* Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, building strong relationships and offering proactive HR solutions.
* Collaborate with the People & Culture team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within operational or manufacturing environments. A strong knowledge of Irish employment law and ER case management is essential. Additionally, confidence using HRIS systems and ability to leverage technology to streamline processes is required.
