Job Description
As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
You will lead project teams and coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, and design professionals to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing programme, quality, cost, and health & safety performance
* Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations
* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
Additionally, you will report to senior leadership and support business improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role
* Proven ability to manage multi-million euro projects
* Strong leadership, planning, and commercial skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing experience
