Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing and building consensus among partners on strategies, priorities, and solutions. You will maintain a strong commercial focus, coupled with high levels of enthusiasm and energy, to lead multi-functional re-engineering project implementations. Your role involves providing clear and consistent status updates on solutions and progress to all key partners across various platforms and organisational levels. You will drive and manage regional and global process integration while staying informed on current and future IT capabilities. Establishing and maintaining professional and transparent relationships with external parties is crucial, as is understanding business needs and approaching problems with creativity and innovative ideas. You will conduct post-mortems on critical programmes to ensure continuous improvement and lead the analysis of new programme requirements, defining their scope, developing execution plans, overseeing project implementation, and establishing metrics to ensure success.
