Provide high-quality GP video consultations to patients in Ireland.
Deliver safe, evidence-based care, including appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Issue clinical notes, prescriptions and medical certificates in line with Irish regulations and DrOnline policies (where applicable).
Deputy CMO / Clinical Assessments (Governance)
Support the CMO with clinical assessments, including review of clinical cases when escalation is required.
Contribute to clinical decision frameworks, triage pathways and escalation protocols.
Participate in reviewing and improving clinical quality and safety processes.
Help ensure alignment with clinical governance requirements, audits and internal standards.
Act as a clinical point of contact for operational clarifications and risk decisions during service hours.
What We're Looking For
Registered GP in Ireland (IMC registration required).
Strong clinical judgement, with a patient-first approach and excellent communication skills.
Comfort working in a digital-first environment (video consultations, remote workflows, clear documentation).
Ability to operate with autonomy and contribute to clinical leadership discussions.
Interest and/or experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, audits, or clinical operations.
Collaborative mindset: able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
What We Offer
The opportunity to join a high-growth telemedicine company and shape clinical quality as we scale.
A modern, mission-driven team with international footprint (PT/UK/IE).
Flexible working model (details aligned during the hiring process).
A role with real impact on patient experience and clinical safety.
