This office will support customer service, logistics coordination, and day-to-day operational activities for our EU and UK customers. We are seeking a motivated professional to join us at an early stage and help support the successful launch and ongoing operation of our Irish presence.Role Summary:Primary point of contact for inbound calls and day-to-day logistics coordination supporting EU operations.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound phone calls during business hoursCoordinate shipments, deliveries, and returnsLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teamsUpdate orders accuratelyEscalate issues per defined proceduresPerform basic administrative tasks as requiredRequired SkillsStrong verbal and written communicationBasic logistics or operations experienceComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)Impeccable attention to detailAbility to work independentlyHoursFull-time 9 AM – 5 PM40 hour work weekCompensationSalary range: €35,000–€40,000.Statutory benefits per Irish law:This role includes all statutory employment benefits in accordance with Irish law, including paid annual leave, public holidays, statutory sick pay, PRSI-related State benefits, and statutory family and parental leave entitlements.ProbationThe employment shall be subject to a probationary period of one month commencing on the start date. During the probationary period, the Employee's performance, conduct, and suitability for the role will be assessed. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the employment during the probationary period on one week's notice or payment in lieu of notice.
