The Role
In this role as a Store Manager, you will learn all aspects of running a successful charity shop including;
Retail management skills
Managing staff & volunteers
Sales, budgeting & KPIs targets
Autonomy with regard to driving your storeincluding merchandising, window displays & pricing.
Managing/overseeing the management ofSocial Media accounts
About You
We are looking for someone who;
Who loves to work with people
Has a passion for fashion
Loves to show their creativity, has an eye for merchandising & keeping up to date with trends
Is eager to learn & develop management skills
Demonstrates strong communication & leadership skills
Is organised, proactive & customer focused
Has previous supervisory experience in the retail sector
Is interested in store development while analysing sales performance & managing budgets
