Job Title: Senior International Tax Analyst
Location: Cork (Hybrid)
Salary: €80,000 plus bonus and benefits

Due to continued growth and the increasing complexity of its international operations, they are seeking to appoint a Senior International Tax Analyst to join their EMEA Tax team based in Cork.

Ideal Candidate
ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience gained within a Big 4 / Top 10 practice or multinational corporate tax function
Strong understanding of domestic and/or international corporate tax
Experience with tax accounting under IFRS, US GAAP or similar reporting frameworks
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Senior International Tax Management team, this position will play a key role within the EMEA Foreign Reporting and Compliance function. Responsibilities will include:
International Tax Compliance – Support corporate tax reporting and compliance obligations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
M&A and Restructuring Projects – Assist with the tax compliance and reporting aspects of mergers, acquisitions, business expansions and internal restructurings
Tax Controversy Support – Partner with international tax teams on audits and tax controversy matters across the EMEA region
Tax Accounting – Support income tax accounting activities and review international aspects of the global tax provision
Technical Research – Research and document complex tax and tax accounting matters impacting EMEA operations
Process Improvement – Drive automation and efficiency initiatives in collaboration with internal tax technology teams
Regulatory Monitoring – Work with external advisors to assess new tax legislation and regulatory developments across EMEA
Project Management – Coordinate audit readiness programmes and cross-functional tax projects involving finance, accounting and business stakeholders
