QA Lead | Hybrid Role | Daily Rate Contract | €425-500Are you ready to join a world-class, globally recognized company that will define your contracting career?Why This RolShape how quality is defined, delivered, and continuously improved across multiple products and teams.Influence QA strategy, set standards, and embed a quality-first mindset throughout the full software delivery lifecycle.Combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to scale high-quality mobile and web testing.Mentor QA engineers and drive best-in-class QA practices across teams.Work in a flexible hybrid role, with weekly on-site collaboration at the Dublin office.Lead by example in a high-impact role designed for an innovative, energetic self-starter who thrives on ownership.What You'll DoTest Strategy, Planning & LeadershipDefine and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple projects and delivery streams.Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to plan test coverage based on requirements.Define test data sets and combinations required to demonstrate success.Coordinate testing across Dev, Test, E2E, Pre-Prod, and post-go-live phases.Define, implement, and manage quality gates for internal teams and third-party suppliers.Lead defect triage across technical and business teams, ensuring timely resolutions.Provide real-time testing progress metrics, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making.Embed quality deeply into the SDLC through strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, and DevOps.What You Bring8+ years' experience in QA engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or senior leadership role.Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes.Experience with tools such as JIRA and Zephyr (or equivalent).Proven experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments.In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.Strong skills in test reporting, defect analytics, and metrics-driven improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Interested?Send your CV to
