Overview
Mullagh Houses is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It is situated centrally within Limavady. Mullagh Houses provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.

Qualifications
* Essential Criteria QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
* And 6 months experience in a formal care/support role* and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/ mental health issues.
* Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.
* Previous experience in administrative duties.
* Or 2 years’ experience in a formal care /support role* and previous experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/ Mental Health issues.
* Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.
* Previous experience in administrative duties.
* Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification.
* Formal Care / Support may include caring at home, where the carer is in receipt of Carers’ Allowance. Formal Care / Support may also include voluntary work in a formal setting.
