The role
This role works 16 hours per week, any 2 in 6 days.
As a Customer Services Advisor you will take customer orders over the phone or via the internet and make outbound courtesy calls primarily to elderly customers.
You will work to provide friendly, efficient and compassionate service, demonstrating empathy, patience, kindness, warmth and excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities
Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Support drivers with route planning for the next day’s delivery rounds.
Provide exemplary service on every telephone call or contact.
Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as required.
Ensure customers know how to cook, store and re‑order meals.
Prepare promotional literature and communicate new product details.
Search for and pursue new business opportunities.
Share best practices with colleagues to continuously improve our service.
Promote the benefits of WFF healthy and nutritious meals to all customers.
Essential Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role.
Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders.
Confident telephone manner.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Numeracy and good written English.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working in the elderly/care market.
Experience working in a team environment.
Full ROI driving licence.

Good listener and treats each customer as an individual.
Clear telephone voice, adapting style to meet customer needs.

Act as a link for drivers and customers if problems arise during delivery rounds.
Learn in‑house computer systems, manage orders, rounds, database.
Enjoy working as a team member and promote the WFF product range.
Flexible approach to work and willingness to help with other areas as needed.
