You'll combine hands-on plastering with quality workmanship, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to Churchfield's exceptional standards — helping homeowners achieve warmer, more energy-efficient homes across Ireland.
What You'll Do Carry out all stages of external insulation installation and rendering works.
Complete internal drylining, skimming, and finishing to a high standard.
Work closely with the Project Manager to plan labour, materials, and workflow.
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and NSAI S.

Conduct snagging and final handovers to the satisfaction of the Project Manager or client.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
Mentor new operatives and support training where required.
What You'll Need1–3 years' experience in plastering, external insulation, or façade systems.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
Full, clean B driving licence.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
