NEEDED
We are seeking an experienced
Project Readiness Lead
to join our team and drive readiness for multiple new production line introductions and retrofits. This is a critical role ensuring all supporting elements such as SAP setup, raw materials, BOMs, SKUs, and ancillary equipment, are in place for successful project delivery.
You will lead a cross-functional team, work closely with engineering, validation, procurement, and quality, and interact with global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
