Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain high food standards and consistency
Manage prep, stock, ordering, and hygiene
Run service in the Head Chef's absence
Contribute to menu ideas and specials
Requirements
3+ years in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
Strong skills across all sections
Good leadership and communication
HACCP knowledge
Passion for fresh, quality food
