Responsibilities
* Manage aircraft delivery and redelivery closings, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
* Act as a primary contact for airline customers, investors, OEMs, and legal counsel.
* Coordinate input from tax, legal, technical, and accounting professionals.
* Support contract negotiations and transaction closings.
* Lead or participate in post-delivery transactions and internal projects.
Requirements
* At least 3 years in leasing, law, banking, or a professional advisory role.
* Exposure to aviation finance is essential.
* Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
