Overview
This role supports the team by keeping day-to-day administration running smoothly.
With a strong focus on building positive relationships, it includes data inputting on the CRM system (Salesforce), sending timely thank-you correspondence, and responding to enquiries, with a focus on keeping data up to date and prioritising monthly processing and retention.
The role also works closely with the Executive across all activity and provides support as required to the corporate and community staff.
Responsibilities
Respond in a timely and professional manner to enquiries, whether by phone, email, or post.
Manage and maintain consistently high-quality, up-to-date records on Salesforce database.
Ensure, in line with fundraising procedures that GDPR compliance is always met.
Coordinate regular giving processes, including managing direct debit data and supporting retention.
Deliver telemarketing calls to support our donor retention contact strategy.
Support post opening in line with organisational procedures when required.
Support activity as required including attending events with members of the team.
Carry out additional duties that support the wider team and organisational goals.
Additional duties as assigned.
Experience in administration or in an equivalent customer service role.
Excellent Excel and Word skills.
Some demonstrable experience in data inputting and administration.
Experience in use of Salesforce or a similar CRM System.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders both internally & externally.
A collaborative team player who fosters strong internal and external relationships.
Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet KPIs.
Qualifications
