Sofina Foods seeks an experienced people leader to drive the company agenda across multiple sites. As a vital member of the senior leadership team, you will guide HR initiatives ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Requirements
To be successful as our Multisite People & Culture Lead you should have:
1. A degree in Human Resources or related field (CIPD level 5 or above is beneficial);
2. Proven experience working in fast-paced environments preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industries;
