Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Payment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling payment inquiries, and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide information on payment methods and options
• Handle requests for missing payments and process changes to instructions
• Answer questions about international payments and provide consultancy on efficient payment methods
• Assist customers with miscellaneous queries and resolve problems in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance or pensions sector
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend required languages, including English
• Superior listening skills and ability to deliver information at the customer's knowledge level
