Job Title: Senior API Development Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior API Development Scientist. In this role, you will lead the development of small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) from clinical through commercial stages.

Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end development of API processes from laboratory experiments to scale-up in the kilo pilot laboratory and into GMP manufacturing for client programs.
* Design and execute laboratory experiments to improve process robustness, yield, purity, and sustainability.
* Collaborate effectively with R&D, technology transfer, and manufacturing teams to transfer API processes into GMP-compliant production environments.
* Develop detailed knowledge of production equipment within the manufacturing plant.
* Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles and statistical tools to develop robust, scalable, and compliant processes.

Requirements:
* Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or closely related field.
* 8-12 years of relevant experience in process development of small molecule APIs.
* Strong technical expertise in organic synthesis and process development.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to work in a dynamic, client-driven environment.
