Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes
* Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety at all times
* Ensure kitchen stations are organised, clean and well stocked
* Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
* Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to menu development and improvements
