CPL Healthcare is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join a mainstream children's residential service in Ballycanew, Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
* Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Requirements:
* Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
* Eligible to register with CORU.
* Previous experience in a social care or children's residential setting is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Salary:
€37,440 – €41,184 per year, depending on experience.
