PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience in retail environment preferred
* Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic person who is great at talking to people
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
* Well organized
* Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and cooperating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
* Achieving KPIs and operational expectations
* Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
* Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
* Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
