An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join a leading Top 10 accountancy firm. The Role: As an Audit Assistant Manager, youll take ownership of multiple audit engagements, managing client relationships and supporting the wider team to deliver high-quality audit work. Youll also play a key role in reviewing work, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries. Review and finalise audit files in line with FRS 102 and auditing standards. Lead and support audit teams through the full audit cycle. Develop strong relationships with clients and provide proactive advice. Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance client service. Assist with team training, development, and resource planning. About You: ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in audit. Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and relevant audit regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple audits and lead a team effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
