The ideal candidate is a seasoned craftsperson with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on cabinetmaking experience, strong English, and the ability to deliver top-tier finishes to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate high-end cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, storage units, and bespoke furniture pieces.
* Work from detailed technical drawings and project specifications with accuracy and precision.
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
* Liaise with production teams and installation crews to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Carry out occasional site installations and fit-outs when required.
* Maintain quality control throughout fabrication and finishing stages.
* Adhere to health, safety, and workshop standards at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experiencein cabinet making, joinery, or bespoke furniture production.
* Full driving licence– essential for site travel.
* Strong English(written and spoken).
* Ability to work from CAD/technical drawings confidently.
* Skilled with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and high-grade finishes.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to high workmanship standards.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
