As a Field Sales Representative on behalf of Electric Ireland, Ireland's leading, best recognised, and most trusted energy provider, you will enjoy a competitive package including a basic salary of €25,000, a company vehicle, uncapped OTE of €12,000, a €2,000 loyalty incentive, lunch allowance, and many other perks.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for driving sales of Electric Ireland's products within your territory by engaging with potential customers at their homes. Electric Ireland offers some of the best deals on the market, helping customers save money on their energy bills in a challenging climate, creating a high opportunity for success.
Requirements:
* Full Clean Drivers Licence
* Positive, results-driven, and resilient mindset
* Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Enjoy engaging with customers at their homes and building strong relationships
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English and interpersonal abilities
* Professional approach with the ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately to customers
* Flexibility to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday work to meet targets (more flexible hours between 09:00 and 21:00)
* Sales experience is not essential; the key is the desire to hit targets, work hard, and earn uncapped commissions
Desirable:
* Door-to-door sales experience (full training provided)
* Track record of achieving targets in sales or similar demanding environments
