As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be the heart of our salon experience ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every client enjoys the 5-star service we are known for.
Responsibilities:
* Warmly greet and welcome clients, ensuring a memorable first impression.
* Manage salon bookings and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
* Oversee stock control and maintain well-organised salon supplies.
* Ensure the salon environment is consistently clean, professional, and inviting.
* Monitor and uphold health & safety standards.
* Support, motivate, and coordinate the salon team to achieve service and retail targets.
Requirements:
* Proficient with salon booking or scheduling systems (training provided if needed).
* Strong sales, marketing, and upselling abilities.
* Professional, polished appearance and friendly, approachable manner.
* Calm, confident communicator who thrives under pressure.
* Highly organised, with excellent multi-tasking skills.
* Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
