About the Role
As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing credit and collections processes to drive business growth. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing customer payment behavior and identifying areas of risk.
* Developing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding (DSO), bad debt ratio, etc.
