Job Title: Senior Client Service Executive

* Work closely with a team of financial planners and private client managers to provide world-class service.
* Support the delivery of a comprehensive client service proposition.
Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting research for client financial plans, creating and maintaining database information, and documenting queries and actions on our client management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven customer service experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Administrative procedures and systems knowledge.
* Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years).
Additional qualifications include membership in LIA or IOB, up-to-date CPD, and strong analytical thinking, time management, and initiative skills.
