Responsibilities
* Set up, program, and operate CNC cladding, purlin, and folding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production of components.
* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
* Perform regular inspections of finished products using measuring tools to verify adherence to specifications.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the operation of machinery and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Document production activities, including job logs and machine maintenance records.
* Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with cladding, purlin, and folding machinery.
* Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation, particularly related to the manufacture of metal components.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and the ability to conduct precise measurements.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
