Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and leading a team to achieve exceptional results. Key responsibilities include:
* Maximising turnover to exceed targets and identifying opportunities to improve performance
* Managing and motivating the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
* Being a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team
* Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
* Managing the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives
The successful candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably within the premium sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivational abilities
* Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales data
* A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge
* An awareness of the local area and its trends
