We're looking for a dynamic and creative
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead marketing activity for a group of well-known hospitality venues in Galway.
If you're passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to bring events, campaigns, and brands to life, this could be your next big move.
What you'll be doing
Developing and delivering marketing plans that drive commercial success while showcasing each venue's unique personality.
Leading the design, promotion, and delivery of events — from live entertainment and foodie promotions to seasonal campaigns.
Managing all digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and advertising.
Protecting and enhancing each brand's identity and tone of voice.
Building partnerships with local organisations, promoters, and media.
Analysing marketing performance data to inform future activity.
Leading and mentoring a small in-house marketing team.
Collaborating with external creatives, from photographers to designers.
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role in hospitality, events, or a related sector.
Proven success creating and promoting events that attract public audiences.
Strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers in person, online, and in the community.
Excellent communication and briefing skills.
Confident using digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic CMS systems.
Skilled at managing budgets, timelines, and priorities.
Knowledge of the Galway hospitality scene.
Experience launching or repositioning venues.
Content creation skills (photography, design, or video editing).
