The Role
We are looking for a full-time and part-time barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in delivering excellent service. Ideally you are someone comfortable with creating social media content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values building friendly connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages with consistency and care
* Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café at all times
* Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
* Assist with stock management and daily café operations
* Contribute to creating a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
* Create and share content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
About You
* Previous barista or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
* Passion for coffee and customer service
* Friendly, approachable, and reliable with a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time-management and attention to detail
