We're looking for a Mechanical Coordinator whos more wizard than worker, someone who can orchestrate complex mechanical systems without having to orchestrate their life around a 5-county or UK wide travel schedule. Our roots are in a rock-solid base of residential and commercial projects across Louth, Meath, Dublin, and Wicklow. But we're not stopping there. We're flexing our technical muscles and moving into the exciting, high-stakes worlds ofpharmaceutical and data centre projects. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something big, without having to constantly be on the ground floor of a new construction site. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Be the maestro of mechanical coordination from preconstruction to handover. Lead coordination meetings (the chair is yours), acting as the key link between clients, consultants, and our internal teams. Mentor our up-and-coming coordinators and help refine our processes. Use your technical prowess to spot problems before they become expensivebe the solution, not the reporter of the problem. Get hands-on with our digital platforms (like Procore) to set projects up for success from the get-go. You're Our Person If You Have: 5+ years in mechanical coordination or technical project delivery. A brain that understands complex systems like ASHPs, HIU's, MVHR, and the magic of energy centres.
