We are now recruiting anAssistant Managerfor our Ballincollig Store. There will be room to move to the manager's position going forward for the ideal candidate in the future.
Cork Giant is one of Ireland's leading bicycle retail stores. Offering a wide range of services to a wide variety of cyclists.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Have you a proven track record in selling, managing & developing people?
* Are you interested in progressing in the retail industry and developing their management career?
* Have you experience in retail and managing people?
* Are you passionate about customers care?
* Are you results orientated and have a hand on style of working?
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the store.
* Act up and covers the Store Managers day off, holidays etc
* Key Holder involved in the opening and closing of the store.
* Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.
* Ensuring the Customer Service is of the highest standard at all times.
* Ensure the highest standard of branch presentation and display standards.
Previous Experience an Advantage:
* Goods inwards & stock control
* An interest in cycling, adventure racing or Tri's an advantage but not essential
