Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spa facilities are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. You will assist in providing a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, supporting our spa staff, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa area, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and restrooms.
* Prepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary supplies.
* Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
* Provide information about spa services and promote special offers to clients.
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
* Report any maintenance issues to management for timely resolution.
* Assist with laundry duties, ensuring fresh linens and towels are available.
* Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
* Opening and closing the spa.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
* Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
