Salary Package: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Health care Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Main Contractor in Mid Ulster who are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start.
This is a permanent position with a well-established main contractor.
The initial project will run for 15 months, delivering a New Health care Facility, with further work available on successful completion.
The Role | Site Manager As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations on a new build development, ensuring project delivery aligns with programme, quality, health & safety, and budget expectations.
Duties include: Full site management and coordination of subcontractors and direct labour Delivering projects on time and to the highest standards Conducting and maintaining project documentation and reports Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations Managing site logistics, materials, and scheduling Liaising closely with engineers and design teams Motivating and leading site teams with clear direction and structure Whiteboard meetings and toolbox talks What you need to succeed: Experience managing New Build projects from inception to completion Previous experience delivering healthcare & medical schemes Hold valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS certification Excellent knowledge of construction processes and building regulations Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and highly organised Strong leadership and communication skills What's in it for you?
