Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Management Information: Provide key performance indicator reports to inform decision-making and drive business success.
* Ad Hoc Reports: Collaborate with the Managing Director to deliver customized reports as required.
* Forecasting and Budgeting: Work on forecasts and budgets to ensure strategic alignment and financial prudence.
* Year-End Financial Statements: Prepare comprehensive year-end financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation and analysis.
* Budget Variance Reports: Generate regular budget variance reports to monitor financial performance.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliation and financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, Chartered ACA, CPA or CIMA).
* Strong communication skills are essential for future leadership roles within the organization.
