Responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activity, including groundworks and handover. This involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations to ensure programme, quality, and health and safety targets are met.
* Oversee all on-site construction activity

* Coordinate with project management and design teams
* 5+ years experience managing residential builds
* Trade or degree background in a relevant field (carpentry, construction, etc.)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Full driving licence
