U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services in the world. Our clients look to us for trustee, agency, escrow, document custody and money market issuing services via our 48 domestic offices and three international offices.We have an exciting proposition for someone to join our dynamic and growing CLO Middle Office team as a Loan Closer on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract initially, supporting key clients and their CLO funds.Responsibilities include:Engage with trade Counterparties to receive and review par and distressed trade legal documentation requiring knowledge of transfer documentation including funding memos, netting letters, participation agreements, transfer certificates and trade fee calculations.Coordination with counterparties and agents to come up with a mutually acceptable settlement date.Research trade breaks between the trade platform and the trade tickets provided by Collateral Managers.Interpret Credit Agreements when reviewing trade docsCoordinate closing of syndicated and privately negotiated loansInitiate and coordinate trade settlement process with ClearPar and Non-Clearpar (Paper trades) both LMA and LSTA docsDaily deal reconciliation and creation of daily client deliverablesBasic Qualifications:1-2 years of direct Loan Closing experience and the ability to interpret Credit Agreements when reviewing trade docs / or CLO Middle Office experienceKnowledge of ClearPar and LMA /LSTA documentationAbility to perform multiple tasks at the same time and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsStrong customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skillsAttend client meetingsAbility to work in a team environmentOffice location - CherrywoodWorking Model – 3 days in the office expectationAccessibilityWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment experience.
