Join us to open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:Head of ComplianceThe job holder will act as the Head of Compliance (PCF-12) for Hewlett-Packard International Bank (HPIB).HPIB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a credit institution.Responsibilities:HPIB External ComplianceManage the compliance function and team within HPIB, including responsibilities for duties, talent management, and succession planning.Oversee the Head of AML to ensure AML policy compliance.Maintain the Compliance Framework, policies, and procedures.Develop and implement an annual Compliance Plan approved by the HPIB Board.Monitor adherence to compliance policies using a risk-based approach.Identify and implement regulatory changes from European and international bodies.Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and other functions to address compliance gaps.Manage compliance actions, policies, and processes to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence.Report quarterly to the HPIB Board’s Audit & Compliance Committee.Maintain relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland and auditors.HPIB GovernanceEnsure compliance with corporate governance requirements.Chair or attend the HPIB Compliance Committee and report to the Audit & Compliance Committee.Support compliance programs including AML, trade, privacy, and conduct standards.Educate and train personnel on compliance requirements.Maintain and review policies regularly.Report compliance testing results to senior management quarterly.HPEFS WW AlignmentCoordinate with the broader HPEFS WW Compliance team.Lead, collaborate, and share best practices across the global compliance community.Leverage global tools and processes to improve efficiency.Qualifications:Third-level or professional qualification (Diploma in Compliance).At least 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or risk management within financial services.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth understanding of banking regulations and governance.Experience interacting with regulatory bodies and conducting compliance reviews.Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.Innovative with a focus on efficiency.International experience is a plus; PCF approval is advantageous.Additional Skills:Accountability, Active Listening, Bias for Action, Big Data Analytics, Coaching, Commercial Acumen, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Customer Centricity, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Empathy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Internal Controls, Long-Term Planning, Managing Change, Managing Ambiguity, Numerical Data Analysis, Policy Management, Problem Solving, and more.What We Offer:Health & Wellbeing benefits, career development programs, and a culture of inclusion and innovation.Let's Stay Connected:Follow @HPECareers on Instagram for updates.HPE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity, including Veterans, Disabled, and LGBT individuals.
