Responsibilities: Led estimation preparations, design development, and value engineering across pre- and post-contract stages. Ensured strong commercial management and achievement of project targets in collaboration with QS/Commercial teams. Managed procurement processes, including subcontractors, plant, and equipment, and oversaw contracting compliance. Monitored materials, resources, and labour usage while issuing weekly progress reports and programme updates. Implemented company Health & Safety procedures and coordinated with the Head of EHS on compliance. Requirements Degree Electrical/Mechanical engineering, construction, or trade qualified. 10+ years of project management with a main contractor. Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred. Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
