Site Manager Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to lead our expanding site team in Northern Ireland and the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including commercial fit-outs, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with our contracts manager, sub-contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, including commercial fit-outs, from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and clients to deliver high-quality results
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including design teams
Requirements:
- Strong experience in commercial fit-out and site management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
