Job Title: ICT Specialist
About the Role:
The ICT Services Department is seeking an ICT Technician to support the day-to-day operational ICT requirements of its user base. The job requires a knowledgeable individual with a broad-based understanding of enterprise level ICT systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves supporting and developing current systems and infrastructure including desktops, operating systems, applications, servers, network devices, virtualisation platforms, printing services, audio-visual equipment and online teaching technologies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a broad-based knowledge of ICT systems and technologies. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
