Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
3. Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
4. Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, analyzing sales reports and operational data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
5. Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote private dining, special events, and themed nights to drive customer traffic.
6. Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in GastroBar/Restaurant management, with at least 2 years in an Operations Manager role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
