Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant is required, demonstrating your commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* You will have a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support.
* Your experience in risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults will be invaluable in creating a safe and secure environment.
* You will have a working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures, allowing you to provide informed care and support.
* A Full Clean Manual Driving License is also essential for this role.
