OverviewAn excellent opportunity has opened for a Life & Pensions Administrator to join a growing and well-established financial services firm in Cork. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the financial planning industry for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the sector while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.You'll be joining a high-growth organisation that is committed to developing talent internally. Several department leaders began their careers in similar roles, making this an ideal position for someone aspiring to become a Financial Advisor or progress within financial services. The role offers strong exposure to financial planning operations alongside structured learning and support for further qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare new business documentation and manage cases through to policy issue.Process Letters of Authority (LOA) and Transfer of Agency (TOA) requests.Support client onboarding, including AML checks and compliance file preparation.Assist with the preparation of client and policy summary reports.Manage policy servicing requests including fund switches, premium changes and top-ups.Help administer retirement, death and serious illness claims through completion.Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems and provider platforms.Respond to client and provider queries while supporting advisors and colleagues.Is this you?Experience working in life, pensions or investment administration.APA (Life & Pensions) qualified and working towards QFA.Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.What’s on offerSalary: €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience.Office-based role in Cork.Benefits package included.Study support and structured learning opportunities.Exposure to multiple departments and clear progression pathways within a growing financial services firm.How to applyTo find out more about this opportunity, contact Michael Gorman or apply with your CV below.Engage People is a multi award winning recruitment agency.
