Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our medical device manufacturing site. You will oversee shift operations and lead a skilled team of operators to achieve key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, along with 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role. The candidate should be proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and maintaining accurate maintenance and operational records.
Key responsibilities will include leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, managing and coaching shift teams, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
